1.—(1) This Order may be cited as the National Minimum Wage Act 1998 (Commencement No. 2 and Transitional Provisions) Order 1999.
(2) In this Order–
“the 1998 Act” means the National Minimum Wage Act 1998;
“the 1948 Act” means the Agricultural Wages Act 1948(1);
“the 1949 Act” means the Agricultural Wages (Scotland) Act 1949(2).
