Wireless telegraphy apparatus designed or adapted for Telemetry in a maritime environment, so as to be capable of use on one or more of the frequencies or within one of the frequency bands, and at a radiated level not exceeding the maximum for such frequencies or frequency bands, for each category of apparatus, specified in the table below–
