1.—(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Dual-Use and Related Goods (Export Control) (Amendment) Regulations 1999 and shall come into force on 18th April 1999.U.K.
(2) In these Regulations, “the principal Regulations” means the Dual-Use and Related Goods (Export Control) Regulations 1996(1).
