31.  A200 from its junction with Borough High Street (A3) to the south east side of its junction with Rotherhithe Tunnel Approach (A101) including—

(a) Bermondsey Street from its junction with Tooley Street to its junction with Crucifix Lane;

(b) Crucifix Lane;

(c) Duke Street Hill;

(d) Druid Street from its junction with Crucifix Lane to its junction with Tanner Street;

(e) St Thomas Street;

(f) Tanner Street from its junction with Jamaica Road to its junction with Druid Street; and

(g) Tooley Street from its junction with Duke Street Hill to its junction with Jamaica Road.
