1.  In this Schedule— U.K.

• “the 1998 Order” means the Social Security (Northern Ireland) Order 1998 F1 ;

• “the 2000 Act” means the Child Support, Pensions and Social Security Act 2000;

• “the Transfer Order” means the Social Security Contributions (Transfer of Functions, etc.) (Northern Ireland) Order 1999 F2 ;

• “the Welfare Reform Act” means the Welfare Reform and Pensions Act 1999; and
