Amendments to the Civil Procedure Rules 1998

5.  In rule 6.24(1)—

(a) in sub-paragraph (b)(i) delete “or”;

(b) sub-paragraph (b)(ii) shall stand as sub-paragraph (b)(iii);

(c) before sub-paragraph (b)(iii), insert—

“(ii) rule 6.26A (service in accordance with the Service Regulation); or”.
