Amendment to the Rent Officers (Housing Benefit Functions) Order 1997
2.—(1) The Rent Officers (Housing Benefit Functions) Order 1997(1) shall be amended in accordance with this article.
(2) In article 3A, the words “the day before” shall be omitted.
(3) In paragraph 4(2)(b)(iii) of Schedule 1 to that Order, for the words “kitchen or toilet”, in both places where those words occur, there shall be substituted the words “kitchen, toilet, bathroom and room suitable for living in”.
