6. At the beginning of—
(a)regulation 42(4A) of the Council Tax Benefit Regulations;
(b)regulation 53(3A) of the Housing Benefit Regulations;
(c)regulation 62(3A) of the Income Support Regulations; and
(d)regulation 131(5) of the Jobseeker’s Allowance Regulations,
(calculation of grant income) there shall be inserted the words “Any grant in respect of dependants paid under section 63(6) of the Health Services and Public Health Act 1968(1) (grants in respect of the provision of instruction to officers of hospital authorities) and”.
