SCHEDULE CONSEQUENTIAL AMENDMENTS

Transport and Works Act 1992 (c. 42)

14.  In section 23(10) of the Transport and Works Act 1992(1), for “the Department of the Environment, Transport and the Regions” (in both places) there is substituted “the Department for Transport, Local Government and the Regions”.
