SCHEDULE 11 E+W+S AMENDMENT OF REGULATIONS

The Fire Certificates (Special Premises) Regulations 1976 E+W+S

1.  Paragraph 14 of Schedule 1 to the Fire Certificates (Special Premises) Regulations 1976(1) shall be deleted and the following substituted— E+W+S

“14.   Premises to which the Radiation (Emergency Preparedness and Public Information) Regulations 2001 apply by virtue of regulation 3 of those Regulations.”.
