The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred on her by sections 5 and 111(2) of the Electricity Act 1989M1 and after giving notice under and considering any representations in accordance with section 5(2) and (11) of that Act and after consultation with the Gas and Electricity Markets AuthorityM2 and the Scottish MinistersM3, hereby makes the following Order:—
