108A— (1) This regulation applies to—

(a) the Security Service;

(b) the Government Communications Headquarters;

(c) the Secret Intelligence Service.

(2) For the purposes of regulation 102(1) above the relevant part of the documents listed in that provision is the whole of them.]]
