Repeal of spent provisions

38.  The following provisions of the Companies Consolidation (Consequential Provisions) Act 1985 are repealed—

(a) section 25; and

(b) in Schedule 2, the entries relating to—

(i) the Policyholders Protection Act 1975;

(ii) the Insurance Brokers (Registration) Act 1977; and

(iii) the Insurance Companies Act 1982.
