PART IV S ABSENT VOTERS

Interpretation of Part IV S

50.  In this Part of these Regulations–

“Schedule 4” means Schedule 4 to the 2000 Act; and

[F1 “absent voter” means an elector who is entitled to vote by proxy or an elector or proxy who is entitled to vote by post;]

“allotted polling station” has the meaning set out in regulation 53(7) below.
