In section 7B(1) of the Act (finality of decisions) (1), after “Subject to the provisions of this Act” there shall be inserted “and article 4 of, and the Schedule to, the Regulatory Reform (Vaccine Damage Payments Act 1979) Order 2002 (modifications of this Act in relation to transitional claims)”.
Section 7B was inserted by paragraph 8 of Schedule 7 to the Social Security Act 1998 (c. 14).
