Income support, jobseeker’s allowance, F1...: personal allowances in respect of children and young persons
2.—(1) In Column (2) of the table in each of the paragraphs specified in paragraph (2) below (personal allowances in respect of a child or young person) M1—
(a)in entry “(a)”, for the sum “£33.50” there shall be substituted the sum “ £37.00 ”;
(b)in entry “(b)”, for the sum “£34.30” there shall be substituted the sum “ £37.80 ”.
(2) The provisions specified for the purposes of paragraph (1) above are—
(a)paragraph 2(1) of Schedule 2 to the Income Support Regulations;
(b)paragraph 2(1) of Schedule 1 to the Jobseeker’s Allowance Regulations;
