Citation, commencement and interpretation U.K.

1.—(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Medicines (Codification Amendments Etc.) Regulations 2002 and shall come into force on 28th February 2002.

(2) In these Regulations “the 2001 Directive” means Directive 2001/83/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council on the Community code relating to medicinal products for human use M1 .
