Movement of forest reproductive material into Great Britain from Northern Ireland [F2 or within Great Britain] E+W+S

23.  No person acting in the course of a business or trade whether or not for profit shall take delivery of forest reproductive material [F3 in a relevant territory] intending to market it if the material has been despatched to him from [F4 another part of the United Kingdom] unless it is accompanied by the supplier’s label or document [F5 setting out the particulars required under regulation 19 of these Regulations or regulation 19 of the NI Regulations].
