103.—(1) The Specified Risk Material Order 1997 M1 is amended in accordance with the provisions of Part I of Schedule 8 below.

(2) The Specified Risk Material Regulations 1997 M2 are amended in accordance with the provisions of Part II of Schedule 8 below.
