Amendment of the Animals and Animal Products (Import and Export) (England and Wales) Regulations 2000

2.—(1) The Animals and Animal Products (Import and Export) (England and Wales) Regulations 2000(1) shall be amended in relation to England in accordance with the following provisions of this regulation.

(2) In Schedule 3, Part I—

(a) in paragraph 9, for the words “and 2002/153/EC (OJ No. L50, 21.2.2002, p.98);” there shall be substituted the words—

• “, 2002/153/EC (OJ No. L50, 21.2.2002, p.98) and 2002/242/EC (OJ No. L82, 26.3.2002, p.18);”; and

(b) in paragraph 16 for the words “and 2002/153/EC (OJ No. L50, 21.2.2002, p.98).” there shall be substituted the words—

• “, 2002/153/EC (OJ No. L50, 21.2.2002, p.98) and 2002/242/EC (OJ No. L82, 26.3.2002, p.18).”.
