17. In article 2 of the Scottish Social Services Council (Consultation on Codes of Practice) Order 2001(1) (consultation on codes of pratice), for paragraph (i) substitute—
“(i)the Health Professions Council established under article 3 of the Health Professions Order 2001;”.
