25.—(1) Subject to paragraph (2) the Rent Assessment Committee (England and Wales) (Leasehold Valuation Tribunal) Regulations 1993(1) (“the 1993 Regulations”) are hereby revoked in relation to England.
(2) The revocation in paragraph (1) shall not have effect in relation to any application made, or proceedings transferred from a court, to a tribunal before 30 September 2003.
