Town and Country Planning (General Development Procedure) (Scotland) Order 1992

32.  In article 3(c)(vi) of the Town and Country Planning (General Development Procedure) (Scotland) Order 1992(1), for the words from “a telecommunication system” to “1984” there shall be substituted “an electronic communications network”.
