1.—(1) This Order may be cited as the City of Coventry (Electoral Changes) Order 2003.
(2) This Order shall come into force —
(a)For the purpose of proceedings preliminary or relating to any election to be held on the ordinary day of elections in 2004, on 15th October 2003;
(b)for all other purposes, on the ordinary day of elections in 2004.
