Citation and interpretation

1.—(1) This Order may be cited as the Co-operatives and Community Benefit Societies Act 2003 (Commencement No. 1) Order 2003.

(2) In this Order, “the Act” means the Co-operatives and Community Benefit Societies Act 2003.
