SCHEDULE AMENDMENT OF PRESCRIBED FORM

22.  For Note 31 substitute—

“31.   The disabled occupant means the disabled person for whose benefit it is proposed to carry out any of the relevant works. Section 100 gives the meaning of “disabled person.””.
