[F1 2.   In regulation 2 (medicinal products)— U.K.

(a) at the beginning of paragraph (1) insert “ Subject to paragraph (3), ”; and

(b) after paragraph (2) insert the following paragraph—

“(3) “Medicinal product” includes any investigational medicinal product.”.]
