The Landfill (England and Wales) (Amendment) Regulations 2004 No. 1375

Interpretation

2.  In these Regulations—

“the 2000 Regulations” means the Pollution Prevention and Control (England and Wales) Regulations(1); and

“the 2002 Regulations” means the Landfill (England and Wales) Regulations 2002(2).
