Citation, commencement and interpretation E+W

1.  These Rules may be cited as the Civil Procedure (Amendment No.2) Rules 2004 and shall come into force—

(a) for the purposes of rules 2 and 14, and this rule, on 1^st September 2004; and

(b) for all other purposes, on 1^st October 2004.
