3. This Order applies to the whole of the district of Wychavon except—
(a)the entire length of the M5, including its on and off slip roads, within the district;
(b)the entire length of the A449 within the district;
(c)the entire length of the A46 within the district;
(d)the entire length of the A4440 within the district; and
(e)that part of the district lying between the A4440 and the western boundary of the district with the City of Worcester.
