Amendment of Social Security and Child Support (Decisions and Appeals) Regulations 1999

4.  In regulation 7(17B)(d)(ii) of the Social Security and Child Support (Decisions and Appeals) Regulations 1999 (date from which a decision superseded under section 10 takes effect) M1 for “a non-dependant’s income increases and this affects” substitute “ there has been a change of circumstances in respect of a non-dependant and this reduces ”.
