14. In regulation 2(1) (Interpretation) of the Merchant Shipping (Training and Certification) Regulations 1997(1), for the words “the Merchant Shipping (High-Speed Craft) Regulations 1996” there shall be substituted the words “the Merchant Shipping (High Speed Craft) Regulations 2004”.
