The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred upon him by section 3(3) (having regard to the definition of “prescribed” in section 3(4)) of the Criminal Justice and Police Act 2001(), and section 26(3)(b) of the Welsh Language Act 1993(), hereby makes the following Regulations:
