PART 2 Modifications

18.  In regulation 35 (sanctions)—

(a) in paragraph (1), for “persons” there shall be substituted “officer”;

(b) in paragraph (3), after the words “dismiss the case or” insert “direct that it is to be returned to the investigating officer or”.
