SCHEDULE 10Enactments where for the definition of “health service body” there is substituted ““health service body” means (a) a body listed in section 4 of the National Health Service and Community Care Act 1990; (b) an NHS foundation trust; (c) the Independent Regulator of NHS Foundation Trusts ;”
