The Docklands Light Railway (Woolwich Arsenal Extension) Order 2004

Explanatory Note

(This note is not part of the Order)

This Order authorises Docklands Light Railway Limited (DLRL) to construct an extension to the Docklands Light Railway from North Woolwich in the London Borough of Newham to Woolwich town centre in the London Borough of Greenwich, passing under the River Thames and, for that purpose, compulsorily or by agreement to acquire land and rights in land. It contains a number of protective provisions for the benefit of affected undertakings.

A copy of the deposited plans, the deposited sections, the book of reference and the open space and exchange land plan mentioned in this Order may be inspected free of charge during working hours at the offices of Docklands Light Railway Limited, P.O. Box 154, Castor Lane, Poplar, London E14 0DX.
