1.—(1) This Order may be cited as the Export Control (Democratic Republic of Congo) Order 2005 and shall come into force on the 27 th June 2005.
(2) In this Order—
“the Regulation” means Council Regulation (EC) No 889/2005 of 13 June 2005(1); and
“customs and excise Acts”, “assigned matter” and “prescribed sum” have the same meanings as in section 1 of the Customs and Excise Management Act 1979(2).
