Regulation 13(4)
1. In the case of the following regulated professions, the appeal body shall be the body, court or person specified below in relation to that profession, namely:—U.K.

| SOLICITOR (England and Wales) | The Master of the Rolls |
| SOLICITOR (Northern Ireland) | The Lord Chief Justice of Northern Ireland |
| SOLICITOR (Scotland) | The Court of Session |
