There are currently no known outstanding effects for the The Civil Partnership Act 2004 (Amendments to Subordinate Legislation) Order 2005, Paragraph 1.
1.—(1) Amend the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 (Regulated Activities) Order 2001 M1 as follows.
(2) In article 3(1), in the definition of “close relative”, after “spouse” (in each place) insert “ or civil partner ”.
(3) In article 61(4)(c)(i), after “spouse” insert “ or civil partner ”.
(4) In article 71(2)(b), after “widowers,” insert “ civil partners, surviving civil partners, ”.
(5) In paragraph 2 of Part 2 of Schedule 1, after “marriage” insert “ or the formation of a civil partnership ”.
