Community Legal Service (Funding) Order 2000 E+W+S

2.  In article 2(1) of the Community Legal Service (Funding) Order 2000 M1 , in the definition of “family proceedings”, at the end of sub-paragraph (g), omit “and” and after sub-paragraph (h), insert—

“; and

(i) the Civil Partnership Act 2004;”.
