46. Subject to paragraph 44(3), the contractor shall allow persons authorised by the Commission for Healthcare Audit and Inspection to enter and inspect premises in accordance with section 66 of the Health and Social Care (Community Health and Standards) Act 2003 M1 (right of entry).
