Amendment to the Civil Procedure Rules 1998

5.  In rule 16.2(1)—

(a) after sub-paragraph (c), omit “and”; and

(b) after sub-paragraph (c), insert—

“(cc) where the claimant’s only claim is for a specified sum, contain a statement of the interest accrued on that sum; and”.
