2.—(1) Each territory listed in column 1 of the Schedule (not being a category 1 or category 2 territory) is hereby designated under section 193(1) of the Extradition Act 2003.
(2) In relation to any such territory, the conduct in respect of which the Extradition Act 2003 has effect (by virtue of section 193(3)(b)) is –
(a)conduct to which the international Convention specified in relation to that territory in column 2 of the Schedule applies, and
(b)specified in relation to that territory in column 3 of the Schedule.
