6. At the end of paragraph (1) of regulation 3 of the Spirits (Rectifying, Compounding and Drawback) Regulations 1988(1), add “or where the rectifier or compounder is authorised as described in section 8(1) or section 10(1) of the Alcoholic Liquor Duties Act 1979”.
