The Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs, in exercise of the powers conferred upon him by sections 8(6) and (7), 11(1) and (2) and 15(2) of the Radioactive Substances Act 1993(1), makes the following Order:

1993 c. 12. The subject matter of this Act is devolved to the Scottish Parliament, see the Scotland Act 1998 (c. 46), section 30 and Schedule 5, Part II, Head D, section D4(nuclear energy).
