[F11A. For the purposes of paragraph 1 a claimant is entitled to main phase employment and support allowance if—
(a)each of the conditions in paragraph 21 is satisfied in relation to the claimant personally [F2or the claimant is personally a member of the work-related activity group]; or
(b)the claimant personally is entitled to a converted employment and support allowance[F3, or would be entitled but for the application of section 1A of the Welfare Reform Act (duration of contributory allowance)].]
