SCHEDULE 7 Matters to be included in the decision notice

PART 3 Awards of council tax benefit where state pension credit not in payment

10.  Where a person is not on state pension credit but is awarded council tax benefit, the decision notice shall include a statement as to—

(a) the matters set out in paragraph 9;

(b) his applicable amount and how it is calculated;

(c) his weekly earnings; and

(d) his weekly income other than earnings.
