Restrictions on trade in things from areas where measures have been disapplied
32. Unless he is licensed by a veterinary inspector, no person shall supply any of the following for [F1export outside the United Kingdom] if it has come from premises in respect of which any of the measures in Schedule 4 or 5 have been disapplied under articles 30 or 31—
(a)poultry;
(b)other captive birds;
(c)hatching eggs;
(d)used litter;
(e)manure;
(f)slurry.
