25.—(1) Regulation 36 is amended as follows.
(2) In paragraph (2) after “13B(3)” insert “, (3B) or (3D)”
(3) After paragraph (2) insert—
“(3) For the purposes of section 13B(3A) and (3C) of the 1983 Act the prescribed time on the day of the poll is 9pm.”.
