Regulation 6(1)

SCHEDULE 1 Buildings which are not HMOs for any purpose of the Act (excluding Part 1)

The enactments referred to in regulation 13(1) are—

(h) sections 87, 87A, 87B, 87C and 87D of the Children Act 1989(1);

(i) section 43(4) of the Prison Act 1952(2);

(j) section 34 of the Nationality, Immigration and Asylum Act 2002(3);
